Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how rals.dev (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”).
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- Contact details: your name, work email address, optional WhatsApp number and company name.
- Project scope: selected service, budget estimate, target timeline and project description.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address (SHA-256 with a secret salt) and your browser’s User-Agent, used only for rate limiting and spam protection. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
2. Cookieless analytics
We use self-hosted Umami Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither sets tracking cookies, tracks you across other websites, or collects personally identifiable information.
3. Purpose and retention
Inquiry data is used only to:
- evaluate your requirements and reply to your inquiry;
- prepare a relevant proposal and scope estimate.
Lead records are kept for at most 24 months after our last correspondence, then deleted or anonymized.
4. Service providers
We do not sell or trade personal data. Form data passes through these providers solely to deliver it to us:
- Cloudflare: network delivery, DDoS protection and Turnstile spam protection.
- Telegram Bot API: internal notification to our team.
- Email (SMTP) provider: a copy of the inquiry to our inbox.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
